Sometimes I half wonder if I shouldn't just take this down instead, due to my sheer inability to get down to telling you guys about even half the ridiculous things that have been going on down here *lol* I need to change this outdated and no longer relavant layout. I also need to prepare to change host yet again cos DH sucks big time. But okay, i guess i really should start somewhere, and St. Patrick's seems as good a place as any =)

So last Saturday was St. Patrick's, and in Michigan, this means A Very Good Excuse to Get Drunk. For the uninitiated, this is not any normal good day to get drunk. This is St. Pats, where people wake up in the wee hours of the morning decked out in every possible (and garishly impossible) shade of green to chug -green- beer till they can't even walk anymore. Michigan is also one of the few places where people religiously celebrate this festival.

Of course yours truly had to get into the fun =) I wasn't crazy enough to wake up at 6am though. So the evening sees me decked out in a nice green top and chugging some beer in Mitch's with some friends. Mind you green beer tastes great, but looks disgusting *ugh* Saw amusing things, like a girl who'd taped her address to her clothes in case she was found roaring drunk and wandering in the dark alleys.

So that was that. Or so I thought. I'd drunk my beer, got respectably high, and went to sleep feeling happy. Next morning I woke to a ridiculous dream of myself trying on makeup at Bobbi Brown's (and those who know me know i NEVER try makeup..) and the salesgirl trying to sell me green mascara, green moisturiser and green concealer ((O_O)). OMG. Talk about seeing too much green in one day. Obviously my subconcious was working overtime with all the greenery around *lol*

And that was my mini adventure. Um. I will now do that nice survey PL put up =)

Erm. I think it was Superman.

The Wild Ones!!!!! Best ever. Saturday Night is a close second =)

What is your favorite lyric of 5? [laruku]
No bloody idea. It's japanese!!!! Off my head, the only english one i can rememeber is 'Causes stain, stay away' which always puts me in a giggly fit =)

How many times have you seen 4 live? [scissor sisters]
none T_T I really want to *sigh*

What is your favorite song by 7? [Luna sea]
In Silence. It calms me down very quickly. =)

Is there any song by 3 that makes you sad? [glay]
Hm. Tough one, cos glay is always so optimistic.... I think it has to be 'A boy, zutto wasurenai..' (which means forever unforgettable)

Hard...er. Either 枫(maple) or 退后(step backwards) or 星雨(star rain) or 搁浅(i have no idea how to translate this ^^;;;)

When did you first get into 1? [Mayday]
When i first listened to Ren Sheng Hai Hai. That and the fact that the album with the same name featured a track with Glay on it. I listened to it, liked it, and subsequently fell head on in love with everything else they ever did. Also helped that i discovered that Ashin and Monster were really cute *grinz*

How did you get into 3? [Glay]
After listenign to luna sea and laruku and x japan, it was only logical that i try the last great in the big four during that time (1999). I think the first album i picked up was this taiwan bootleg with their singles. And then I got hooked. =)

-What is your favorite song by 4? [Scissor Sisters]
I Can't Decide!!! The lyrics are great =)

Intermission comes a close second, with that line 'Happy yesterday to all, we were born to die'.

How many times have you seen 9 live? [Jay Chou]
None, I like his songs, but not enough to pay that exorbitant price for a concert. Now if it was Mayday that will be a different story =)

What is a good memory concerning 4? [Scissor Sisters]
Er. Listening to Intermission for the first time and laughing my head off? I got into them pretty recently, no memories to speak of. haha.

Is there a song by 8 that makes you sad? [Blunt/Powter]
OMG YES. Haha. 'Goodbye My Lover' by James Blunt is the one that always makes me depressed.. hhaa

What is your favorite song of 1? [Mayday]
Shit. Hard one. >.< Er. Right now, it would have to be 知足(satisfaction). Both for the meaningful lyrics and the beautiful tune.

How did you become a fan of 10? [Travis]
Erm. Listened to 'Why Does It Always Rain On Me' and started from there =)
