linky-link!

because i'm stressed. And i refuse to study one more jot at the moment cos my stomach is growling...here's some links to nice vids. Some are japanese, some are english, some are chinese. But hey, all entertaining, so do try it out *grin* all hail the motherlode of vids, youtube!!! haha

1) franz ferdinand's new single, Do You Want To. Very very nice. It's been stuck in my head the whole day *lol* go here to listen to it in all its entirety, and go here to watch the anime ending vid which started it all *lol* ParaKiss is incidentally a really nice anime ^^

2)my fav luna sea video of ALL TIME, Shine. watch it for the guitar-god that is sugi XD Better still, forward to the guitar solo somewhere in the middle. 8grin* This has to be the only Luna Sea PV where they are not totally serious/acting cool. In fact, by their standards, it's almost humourous *lolol*
Also check out STORM from the same album. His solo here is amazing.
Tonight PV - very fast, short song, with no guitar solo. Very uncharacteristic of them, but a great song ^^
And Luna Sea live, singing I For You. You should know this song even if you've never heard of Luna Sea. It's an overplayed drama song, but one of the best!!! Incidentally, this was not pre-recorded. The band is THAT good. They're known for being good, if not better, live. If you're wondering why he's so pained, the song is supposed to be tragic. Very Tragic. *lol*

glorious - one of those songs that make you think of old beautiful memories...and goodness they look so...eighties O_o haha
I'm In Love (live) - one of the most touching glay songs. Teru's voice is not perfect, but it's very sincere. Watch it! If you're wondering why the fans are crying, it's cos it's the last song of the set. *lol*

4) MAYDAY mtvs ^^ so you understand why PL and I are gaga over them XD. Here's a sampling of their type of music. At once sensitive, angsty, and sometimes totally ridiculous ^^
ridiculously funny clip of the vocalist being tricked. You have to know chinese for this. But DAMN FUNNY
ya guan mtv - I LOVE this song.

zhi zu mtv - one of their best slow songs

5) daigo stardust - some new jap rock singer who models himself after david bowie but fails terribly. He is a pretty boy, and he has a good voice, and the songs are damn nice, but man the MVs are just SOOOOO funny. He can't dance, and he can't act sexy. *LOL* it's ridiculous.
Rock The Planet, in particular, had me in stitches. What the HELL is he doing with that butterfly thing. *LOL* The dance looks almost painful. And he can't shake his hips. Damn funny XD
And another, Eien no Space Cowboy. But i like this song. ^^ Poor guy. Trying too hard. *haha*

6) In stark contrast to that, i present you Suede's Beautiful Ones. Check out Brett Anderson and co when they were young and androgynous and pretty. And gosh, he didn't even need to try to ooze that attitude out *lol*

7) V6 darling and change the world mtvs. Yes they are a boyband..but there's somethign about their songs that makes you very happy ^^ and plus i like the guy who does the solo in darling ^^ the one who sings alone somewhere towards the end. Sooooo cute ^^

8) sugi's new project, The Flare. The songs are nice, and the singer has a good voice!!! Inner Child and Uetiko.

9)The definitive 'Hyde is Pretty' MTv. Blurry Eyes by L'arc En Ciel. Also the mtv that i'm quite sure was the main inspiration for the fashion in ANgel Sanctuary ^^

10) our dear Gackt-san on Utaban. WHere he makes a fool of himself talking about his *koff*magnum*koff* and how he showers backwards *ROTFLMAO* watch them all. it's a scream. CLick here, and view the first few vids, cos it's a whole series. WAHAHAHAHA.

11) jay chou playing piano with Li Yun Di, some classical duet. The one vid that shows you he can really play piano O_o
And jay chou playing this modern piano duet. Which is quite nice IMO ^^ Watch it!!

12) OHA Rock by shingo mama. Actually one-fifth of jap boyband SMAP. In a dress. Damn cute song. And on crack, totally. Check out the cute kids, and Glay in the background area trying desperately to hide/disappear from the screen (they are the 4 guys in black ducking their heads out of embarrassment and not dancing *LOL*)
