back

haha. finally back in sg ^^ it's....HOT. Damn hot T_T scalp's oily, skin's oily. Feels gross *haha* But otherwise, it's quite good to be back, eating roti prata and xiaolongbao XD XD

'twas a loooong plane ride back though. So long that I almost changed my mind about coming back at all ^^; Was thinking...alot...on the plane ride. I had nothing to do anyways, especially from Detroit to LA. Some things suddenly felt very far away when I was leaving. It was scary and sad at the same time i think. I could feel the links get tenuous. But there was nothing I could do about it. And i felt like I was in limbo, like I wasn't anyway. I wasn't back home, and I wasn't in uni. Then I thoguht about this song that a close friend really likes, dang1 ni3 gu1 dan1 ni3 hui4 xiang3 qi3 shei2 (who do you think of when you are lonely) And started feeling really cold. It was such a relief to get off that plane *haha*

Watched alot of movies though ^^ Finding Neverland again, Lemony Snickett and Polar Express ^^ That was in mich. On the plane, I saw much more, i.e. Last Samurai, Love Actually (5th time), Moulin Rouge (3rd time) XD hahahaha

Finding Neverland - fantastic even during the second time. ^^ Cried again, thought alot more again XD I loved it.

A Series Of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snickett - Jude Law is Lemony Snickett. Jim Carey is Count Olaf, Mery Streep is Aunt Josephine. *ROTFL* Go figure ^^ Good story, a lot of dark humour, and gothic sets ^^ Must watch ^^

Polar Express - A little superficial I felt, after the two big blockbusters before this one. But good in its own way, since it was christmas... ^_~ It tended to get draggy, but the animation was quite good ^^ Can watch, esp if you're young at heart, or if you're with a significant other and not looking for deep issues to think about ^^

Last Samurai - very good ^^ though the credit should to every single japanese actor. Tom Cruise v extra. If not for Ken Watanabe... *haha* but nice ^^ they paid sufficiently close detail to japanese culture and tradition. I liked that ^^
