Your aunt lobeia's left foot? *rotfl* OK that's the first time I've heard that....

*rotfl* Well yeah, I got it from some LOTR fanfic *grin* I think Frodo was referring to one of the Sackville-Bagginses, you know? ^^

mm mebbe you should have a zonkboard. easier?

A zonk-whaaat?? ^^Sorry, never heard of. Besides, I think enetation works well enough for me ^^ Gee, tzo, did you know Weijia got herself a blog too? Maybe you should start having a proper blog *heh heh*

ooh thanks mucho! All happy now. :) Only it's not "About", it's "Myself". (Yeah I hid the blog purposely so not every old person would wander in... but hey, if you want to advertise...)

*lol* It's not like you're writing about some classified secret or something wat ^^ Besides, it is rather hilarious ^^/ And you're welcome.

Agree! "The Books of Magic" are a good read! Harry Potter is nice and all and loads of slashy possibilities between Harry and Draco (ahem, when they're all grown up of course!) but if one wants the definitive magic boy-wizard, it's Neil Gaiman's Timothy! Plus Death makes a guest appearance at the end of the book, bonus, bonus!!

*nods head vigorously* You forgot Remus and Sirius. How could you?!!! *mock-horror* They're the epitome of fluffy-waffy-puppy-slash ^^V Btw, do you know that a Books Of Magic movie is in the works? It seems they had to make minor changes to the script due to discrepancies with the Harry Potter enterprise. ^&*%^$^%#$%!!!! Stupid Rowling. She's really off her rocker. That woman even wants to ban all fanfiction. Do that and she'll see all her books being boycotted. Hah.

Mou, shu, were you ever a salesgirl? You make the Books Of Magic sound like a book with a free gift *lol* Good marketing, ne? ^^/ And you forgot the special appearances by Cain & Abel and the one and only Morpheus *swoon* He looks particular good here, cos he's being drawn by Charles Vess (the stardust guy).

I like Molly Grue too ^^ While I thrill over descriptions of Amalthea's beauty as a human and mourn over her and Lir's doomed romance, it's Molly's practical, loyal and loving nature that I admire and would like to aspire too. I was so happy when she and Schmendrick got together...the book needed at least ONE happy couple *sighs*

But I thought Molly wasn't as well-developed as Schmedrick. You do pity her for her lost youth and all, but Schemedrick has more depth. He is someone who has bungled the last few centuries, a character that you can identify with, since he gives you hope. He taught me that even someone who has bungled a good half of his life away can finally find success. And in my current situation, that is an encouraging thought ^^;; I was hoping Amalthea got together with the prince though...Poor prince >.<

What's the Martix anime about?

The Animatrix is basically a collection of 9 short films by acclaimed Anime artists and directors. They're stories set in the times before the first Matrix movie came about. They examine how the Matrix came to be, and explore more details which weren't addressed in the movie itself.

So far, four have been released, though I think Final Flight Of The Osiris is not available for download. You can only watch it in the cinema. Program is a story of a young recruit from Zion taking one of those tests where she had to choose between her love and her duty. That's my favourite cos the test is set in feudal japan, and the art is BEAUTIFUL. Besides, the artist/director did Vampire Hunter D, so you can imagine just -how- beautiful it is ^^

The Second Renaissance recounts how computers came to rule humans. it's a sad story, really ^^;; But very true. Rather like one of Orson Scott Card's twisted possible futures of mankind. The last one, A Detective Story, was done by the guy who did Cowboy Behop. It's about a detective who set out to find Trinity.

Yup, so that's about it for now. Second part of The Second Renaissance will be out in May.

Also, there's actually a story Neil Gaiman wrote for the Matrix movies. It's called The Goliath, and can be found the official homepage, www.thematrix.com I believe his story is under 'comics'
