Somehow it -never- comes out ^^;;; It'd prolly be funny to see me do it, since Id try to stuff it in, and then curse for a very long time when it doesn't. Then the process will repeat itself for another 5 times before it actually gets in. Then I'll do a little victory dance *lol* i don't like to wear lenses regularly because i hate the big red veins you develop on your eyeball after a while. and my eyesight is decent enough that i don't need corrective lenses unless i really need to make out some distant words or something. otherwise i can get along fine without. Tell you the truth, I still prefer glasses. Feels safer - at least you know that the lens is -there-. For contacts, half the time I'm too afraid to rub my eyes for fear of the lens moving or dropping. My sister's friend once had to go to the doctor 'cos her contacts moved to the back of her eyeball *shudder* okay. i got halfway through this one and somehow accidentally managed to clear the entire draft. ARRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! *sound of stejuste's head meeting the wall* Ill try again. my replies will probably be shorter and grumpier this time though :} ;) *rotfl* That always happens to me! So I've taken to writing drafts on notepad before pasting it in *lol* I do that with emails too! After all those computer crashes, you can't not be careful >.< ++bishonen and YNM++ i like them to be androgynous, brooding, and at least 20+ :) like, Omi gives me a stomach ache *grin* the translations i found stopped around part 74 or 75, according to the translator's numbering. i wonder if yours is more up to date, because i don't remember any demon taking advantage thingy going on. this arc is called hamakura no hen or something like that. hisoka is trying to find someone and poor old riko has been killed off, tatsumi and watari are breaking into Mother and have discovered hisoka's mom had a sister, and they've seen nagare in his serpent aspect. can't wait for the next ep! *rotfl* Yes! Androgynous, brooding, and at least 20+. That pretty much sums it all up *lol* But I think you forgot the slightly mad twinkle in the eyes. *heh* And the long hair. *grin* The long hair's very very important! *grin* Or well, if long hair's not available, then it must look like it can be used in shampoo ads *rotfl* Hmm. I think the demon I'm talking about is hisoka's mom's sister. She's a demon, and in the last few pages of the manga, she practically rapes him. It's rather...well...interesting you might say. ^^;;; Hisoka's trying to find his own shinigami, the Fire Dragon ( i think that's what it's called ^^;;) It's the mortal enemy of Ryu, the white dragon and also Tsuzuki's shinigami. I thought Tatsumi looked particularly good in this book - he finally stopped wearing business suits *lol* Do try and find pix of Hisoka's father! I don't think you'll be disappointed *lol* it does sound funny! *laugh* do you know if there is a dvd out for it that i could buy? Hmm. I'm not sure. You might try Aestheticm.net, but I'm not sure of the address. Put a search thru google, yeah? ^^ Me and sue are trying to get our hands on Bronze/Zetsuai *heh heh* Will tell you when I do. guerre means war! :) it's a phrase an ex of mine always used to say and i guess i caught the meme *laugh* ah, okie. My french vocab has always been depressingly pathetic. ^^;; Must go brush up soon. *sigh* ++fantasy and more books++ i like fantasy more than scifi at the moment. Ive been bored with scifi for quite a while now, although Ill still read the good ones if i come across any. but the Matrix really appeals to me... i like the way it comes so close in describing a certain theory of the universe(s). Im just sad the Oracle died before she could film the other two movies, that's a sad loss. and i don't like jada pinkett, dammit :( :) I quite agree with you - fantasy does seem a little more attractive nowadays, maybe it's because we've realised most of the sci-fi, now it's time for us to try and reach for the magic. *grin* I have heard that some scientists are developing a machine that can make things out of thin air. Ooooh. If that does come out, I can imagine lots of uses for that *lol* Imagine recreating a living, breathing Legolas! *beams* Then again, not very possible, but you get the idea *heh heh* xanth is a damn long series (like 25 books or something now) and it's revoltingly punny. like, he built the whole xanth cosmology to revolve around puns. excruciating ones, too. it's a little like terry pratchett, only not quite as hectic. i detest pratchett because he tries so hard with his humor that it leaves me breathless just out of sympathy for him :} anyway, xanth is fantasy and has lots of magic and so forth. the elves are the small kind, not the large kind, sorry *grin* but you may actually like this one, i think. i know i liked it a lot back in high school. i find it a little less appealing now, but it's still good because Piers has so many great ideas. he has an amazingly inventive mind. O_O 25 books??!!! Ack, that'll take lots of determination to complete *lol* But I'll give it a try, since there's magic involved *grin* And also because I've ran out of things to read, so much so I'm re-reading old books *lol* stardusted at 6:23 AM | link? 0 Call me number 1!© sephirot productions 2008 |
