------------------FavORITES------------------

Shampoo: vidal sassoon.
Soap: uh, dove soap? this is a stupid question.

Summer/Winter: winter!!! snow! Love snow. Love the cold too. But actually, autumn is my favourite, cos it's in-between, and the russett-gold leaves just make everything nicer.
Lace or satin: um, none. I like denim. ^^V I'm a true-blue jeans person.

Fave Food: salmon sashimi, miso soup, and beef steak, medium rare. *grin*
Fave Advert: the OREOS one where the girl moans about the lack of good guys in this world who would give her the cream side of the cookie; and the iMac one where the computer ejects the disk drive to emulate a guy sticking out his tongue.
Fave Movie: Lord of The Rings. Currently, there's also About a Boy.
Fave Ice Cream: Haagen Daaz strawberry flavour. yummy.
Fave Subject: um. Geog.
Fave 'normal' Drink: water. No serious. I like water. But if it really has to be one of those, then I guess it's green tea.

Who do you go to for advice: jov, and my entire 401 gang.

Whats the best feeling in the world: happiness, and, come to think about it, laziness. *grin*
Worst feeling: to be 'betrayed' by a good friend.

we-ell, we unlucky people have 2 big exams this year - one mock exam that just past, and the real thing in november. The mock is important cos it determines our predicted grades for university admission. Great life, no? -_-||

from dear ol' pl. *grin* I like the romantic goth one. It's rather accurate.

++The Importance of Being Earnest++

Just watched it yesterday. Took me awhile to get used to the accent, but after that, it was just plain hilarious. The story was rather stupid, really: There's two guys, one's called Algie, and the other, Jack (i think). Jack's rich, and likes this rich girl. Algernon's always running away 'cos he's in debt. The real story begins when it appears that the 2 girls that Algie and Jack are engaged to both love the name Earnest. So these two guys take up the same name, and an entire mess occurs after. The acting was, IMO, quite good. Rupert Everett was Algie, and he played him to a T. *grin* Colin Firth was Jack, and his long-suffering look was what kept me laughing throughout the entire movie. One particular part that was real funny was when Algie and Jack were fighting over muffins. *rotfl* Oh yes, and the part where John played guitar, and Algie played the piano. They were singing some hilariously pathetic song to plead the girls to come down. It sounded like this: "Come down, come down, please come down." *bwahaha* I think it's on the soundtrack. Do go listen to it.

AA was in the same cinema as me, rooting for Colin FIrth all the while. And I must say, he did look good in the show. I do think, however,that Suede's Alex Lee looks better, cos he's younger. *grin*

++Suede's New Morning++

Overall, a very suede-ish album. They still sound quite the same. However, the songs are slightly different. Some sound more modern and oasis-like. The entire album is very relaxing, with beautiful songs like Positivity, Lonely Girls, Oceans, Lost In TV and Morning. Positivity is good. I listen to it for some self-flattery : "Your diamonds are drops of rain/Your smile is your pretty heart/Your currency is your love." Nice. ^____^

Of course there are some fast songs. My favourite one is Beautiful Loser and Streetlife. Oh yes, one thing different about this album is the recording. The echoing feel is gone. Brett Anderson's voice in this album sounds less ethereal due to that. But the overall feel is there. Thank goodness. *grin*

++New favourite songs++

May I recommend John Myer's No Such Thing and No Doubt's Underneath It All. *lol* I was watching the MTV, which was really really seductive, and caught my friend staring at Gwen Stefani with his mouth wide open.

++The Amazing Race 3++

Yay! I've waited so long for this one. Finally managed to catch the first episode. *bwahaha* It's funny. There's 3 gays, which amuses me. I mean, they usually only have one resident gay per race, but now they have -three-! Hmm. They must have recognised the entertainment value of gay guys. *grin* There's one particular one who is more girly than most. And he's a cheerleader. *lol* But, BUT, the plus point of this whole thing is the model -twins-. Gosh. They're cute. *gushes* Derek and Drew, I think.

There were a few funny parts. This girl stepped of a donkey cart and fell, -literally- on her face. *rotfl* Many people who chose to ride the donkey cart instead of skydiving ended up dragging the donkey and pushing the cart instead. Which makes me wonder why don't they just walk? *lol*

++Orson Scott Card++

O_O. I'm reading Songmaster now, and pl's right. It's -very- paedeophilic. Everyone's groping one small little boy! O_O I didn't know Card was capable of this, honestly.

++Stardust++

Just found a comic version of stardust. *sigh* To buy or not to buy. That is the question. -__-||| Also bought Death: The Time of Your Life. I think the art is beautiful! Love the umbrella. *grin*

Hmm, I think that's about all for this week. Shall put up more stuff next week. Meanwhile, take care guys! Ja~
