I like The Memory of Earth! The series anyway, but the first book isn't my favourite. Songmaster has paedophilic overtones *sigh* I'm reading Seventh Son now.+

More books - Remember E. Nesbit? I loved her stuff. There was one on the sandfairy, and the It, and phoenixes...*sigh* Must remember to re-read. I remember I read all the books in one shot, and spent a long time dreaming about them after.

Yuck. Yuck yuck yuck. Anyone caught the first episode of My MVP Valentine yesterday night on Channel U? Yuck yuck yuck. I watched it 'cos the advertisement looked suspiciously familiar - many guys playing basketball, female managers, cats and insane fangirls. And it was quite a nightmare, honestly. Kaede Rukawa's name came up more than 10 times, in reference to a guy who looks really really really bad. And I mean -bad-. Yuck. A total insult to Rukawa. Yuck yuck yuck. There's someone that's a Sendoh wannabe, there's even a Haruko wannabe (the pre-pubescent basketball team manager). And the script was -horrible- *shudder*. Comparatively, Meteor Garden is way better. *makes another face*

On the contrary, I quite like the 7pm show on Channel 8. I think it's called tou1 long2 zhuan3 feng4. It's funny. ^^ And the script is quite good, although, like all taiwanese scripts, it's predictable, and the people tend to whine instead of talk. The Beggar Sect in this show was also cleaner than anything I'd ever seen, which I found very amusing.
